Irish people are the joint-fourth highest consumers of cocaine globally relatively speaking, according to a new United Nations report. \n\nAccording to the report, 2.4 percent of Irish people used cocaine during the previous year, tying with the US and Austria. \n\nIn reaction to this report, Newstalk Breakfast spoke to Professor Colin O\u2019Gara, consultant addiction psychiatrist At St John Of Gods Hospital & Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at UCD.
