Now a quick walk around the streets of Dublin or any of Ireland\u2019s other towns and cities in recent years and it is clear that the e-scooter is on the rise. \n\nThe Road Traffic and Roads Bill, which will regulate the use of e-scooters and e-bikes, is currently before the Oireachtas \n\nIndependent Councillor for Ongar ward of Fingal County Council, Tania Doyle discussed with Jonathan Healy.
