Concerns raised over the new gender recognition bill
Ministers need to listen to doctors and not allow teenagers to self-declare their gender without parental consent. That's according to Professor Donal O\u2019Shea, a consultant endocrinologist with the National Gender Service in Loughlinstown who talked with Ciara this morning.
