An Post was forced to stop TV licence inspections and offer \u201cresilience\u201d \xadtraining to staff because of public anger over the RT\xc9 payments scandal. A spokesperson said increased hostility, mainly in the form of verbal abuse, led them to take this action to protect its workers.
