Labour TD Alan Kelly has urged the Government to \u201clook into\u201d the Garda S\xedoch\xe1na Ombudsman Commission, labelling plans to prosecute a member for doing \u201chis duty\u201d as \u201coutrageous\u201d. \n\nAlan Kelly spoke to Newstalk Breakfast this morning.
