The Electoral Commission has revealed that they have been the subject of a \u2018complex attack\u2019 and hackers have accessed electoral registers. BBC cyber correspondent Joe Tidy and Mihaela Jembei from the Information Commissioner\u2019s Office join Adam to discuss what we know so far, and who could be behind the breach.
