Covid Inquiry: UK 'Failed Citizens'
Today we look at the first report released by the Covid Inquiry.
Focusing on pandemic preparations, it said the governments of the UK and devolved nations had \u2018failed its citizens\u2019 by planning for the wrong pandemic. The report lays out the failures, including \u2018groupthink\u2019 mentality and \u2018labyrinthine\u2019 systems.
