Crisis communications strategy with Jeanine Moss, founder of Outfront Solutions. Jeanine is also the Chair of NCIA\u2019s Marketing and Advertising Committee. Jeanine is a product and brand development specialist and entrepreneur who has shepherded numerous organizations and brands through worldwide crises, acting as Chief Communications Officer for The September 11th Fund after the terrorist attacks and has supported crisis operations for international non-profits like the American Red Cross.
