Major General Jalander Shah Behnam, Commander of the Afghan National Defence University discusses the purpose of this educational establishment, which is made up of the National Military Academy of Afghanistan (NMAA), the Afghan National Army Officers' Academy (ANAOA) and the Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) Academy.
