The ongoing success and longevity of a grant project is dependent on the sustainability of the rural health network that is implementing it. Sustainability is defined as the network\\u2019s ability to achieve desired outcomes and maintain the ability to do so over time. The ability to do so is a goal of\\xa0FORHP\\xa0grant funding.
