Jessica Cox is a passionate foodie, nutritionist, author and founder of the successful JCN Clinic based in Brisbane, Australia. The JCN Clinic treats all facets of health conditions, however specialises in gastrointestinal health and its multidimensional relationship to systemic wellbeing. Jess’ clinical passion areas are helping those seeking guidance from chronic digestive issues, multiple food intolerances and long-standing gut associated symptoms, whilst building nutritionally diverse dietary plans to navigate individual dietary restrictions.
In this chat, Jess and I talk about all things business - from the early days of the JCN Clinic, to the steps she has taken to set her clinic apart from other practices and even how she has built a team of practitioners at the clinic who live and breathe her ethos.
