On episode six of NAC@Home we talk to Councillor John Reynolds about the how the WV Holiday Squad has gone digital, packed full of ideas about how you can keep your children active, entertained and amused at home. We will also be catching up with Zoe Williams, who is well known here at NAC with her Zest for Pilates classes, Zoe is now offering these classes online.

In the absence of the WV Holiday Squad over the school holidays, Wolverhampton City Council have created the WV Virtual Squad. Lots of partners from across the city are getting involved, including NAC to offer online some great activities and educational resources for children, young people and families to access whilst staying safe at home. Plus support for children, young people and families at this testing time. We also catch up with Zoe Williams, instructor of the much-loved Zest for Pilates class, which usually runs at Newhampton Arts Centre. Zoe is now offering online classes, where you can improve flexibility, tone your body and strengthen muscles direct from your home.
