Hi guys welcome back to the mystery and comedy old time radio podcast. as we continue our month of spooktober. Tonight episodes are guaranteed to chill your spine and make you bite your fingernails. we welcome to the show tonight Arch oblers lights out performance the title of the episode is called a knock at the door. a woman who has married a man tries desperately to make his mother disappear so that she can inherit everything that her mother-in-law has and she will stop at nothing. in this second episode it is from the old time radio show murder at midnight and the title of that episode is called death tolls a requiem. in this a man is waiting desperately to and see if his father will eventually die but unfortunately for him. his father continues to live until the man does the unthinkable by killing his father. but the man's inheritance is in a bell frame and the bell ringer rings the bells every hour. before the man has had enough and kills the bell ringer. but he is continuously haunted by the toll of the bells and he also hears his father voice. in this final episode it is called murder is a lonely business. in this episode a man and a woman are going up to see the man's uncle as they are in desperate need of financial help. but unfortunately the uncle will does not give them what they want but also cuts his nephew out of his will. so his wife wants to get revenge on him for doing that to them and hatches a plan to kill him so they can be wealthy. but the nephew ends up killing his uncle and the couple hears a blood curdling laugh. until they unfortunately kill one another.
