hi guys and welcome back to the mystery and comedy Old time radio podcast please join me as I continue my Christmas spectacular part 2 presentation with bring back to the show Mr Robert Young in the NBC comedy show Father knows best. in this first episode we find the Anderson family in the living room. Mr and Mrs Anderson are wrapping gifts for all for their friends and neighbors. when Mr Anderson tells his family that they are missing the true Spirit of Christmas so he wants to get Christmas tree from the forest instead of getting one from the store. to give his family an old-fashioned Christmas so the Anderson family gets in the car and they are heading towards the forest to get a tree. when all the sudden they get stuck in the snow. while they were driving to the forest there was a store that they passed on the way. so the Anderson family goes in the snow to the store but when they go to the store to get warm they come to find out that is also a house. so when husband came home he told Jim that he and his family are not going to be able to go back to town because of the weather. so Anderson family makes the best of it. The Anderson kids ask the nice couple who let them stay in there home where there kids. the kids find out that the couple kids are grow and don't come to see them anymore. so the Anderson kids have a great idea and make there own Christmas party for the nice couple. it's called an old fashioned Christmas. in the second episode we find Bud Anderson and his three friends are practicing to sing for the country club Christmas party. when bud and his friends find out there mayn't be a party they try to make sure Mr Anderson there will be a Christmas party even Mrs Anderson is trying to get her husband to make sure there will be a Christmas party. so they go ahead with the Christmas party. it's called planning a Christmas party.
