US President Joe Biden held a meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, prior to the launch of the Jeddah Security and Development Summit.

The summit, which brings together the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council, the United States of America, Egypt and Iraq, in addition to Jordan, will discuss regional and international developments, and ways to expand cooperation between the participating countries, especially in the economic fields, food security, energy and water .

US President Joe Biden is scheduled to meet today, Saturday, with the leaders of the six Gulf Cooperation Council countries, in addition to Egypt, Jordan and Iraq, during a summit meeting in Jeddah, the last leg of his Middle East tour,

which also led him to Israel and the Palestinian territories.
