Jay Jacobs (known also as Jay Cob) has worked professionally in the music business since the mid '70's. In the 80's he did a four year stint on the Oldie's/Doo Wop circuit where he had the opportunity to back artists like\\xa0 Del Shannon and Freddy Cannon, and open for major artists like Lesley Gore, Little Anthony, and Joey Dee.\\xa0

For over twenty years his duet, Doc & JC was known as one of the best acoustic acts on Long Island. He's also been a guest at Les Paul's home, and has had the great opportunity to jam with him.
