Episode 7 - Paul Simpson - Still Wond'ring Aloud

Published: Sept. 17, 2019, 8 a.m.

Paul is a dear friend, an ex-colleague, an accomplished musician and singer , a member of my favorite Seattle band The Professors , a proud family man and a thoroughly nice guy!

He also has a host of stories to tell and to give you an indication of the depth of stories , we didn't even get to his stint as a nude portrait model in his youth ! Maybe we will revisit that as a B sides episode at some point.

In the meantime enjoy his journey and story over seven decades.

From :
his first recording in a studio at the age of 13 with members of his talented musical family , singing John Denver songs in Hong Kong hotels, house sharing with the grandson of the inventor of the Hammond organ
To the present day :
performing Jason Isbell and a host of other great artists and songs and some great original material with The Professors and singing his grandchildren to sleep.

SPOTIFY PLAYLIST
