LARKIN POE Megan & Rebecca Lovell brought Larkin Poe to the attention of the Blues world with the release of their debut album, Peach.  They followed that up with the November release of Venom & Faith.  I will chat with the sisters about their journey, how they are breaking through to new younger audiences and more, while we listen to tunes from the album. ALEXIS P. SUTER – COUCH KID NEW MUSIC Segment Begins At The XX:XX Mark Alexis returns to The Couch with her latest release, Be Love, which will not officially drop for another month.  Alexis and I will discuss the new music, changes in her world and what 2019 holds. DRY JOHNSON – Segment Begins At The XX:XX Mark Bassist Terry Dry & Drummer Matthew Robert Johnson have been the rhythm section behind Mike Zito for over two years.  They have released their debut album Long Live Them Blues, with a solid guest list of guitarists and vocalists.  I will chat with the guys just before they leave for Europe with Mike on another tour. WATERMELON SLIM – COUCH KID NEW MUSIC Segment Begins At The XX:XX Mark Slim has released Church Of The Blues and it shows the world that he has not lost a step. The album is on Northern Blues Records, spreading the gospel of Slim to the world.  Looking forward to chatting with him about all that is happening in his world.
