In the North Atlantic, a pool of very cold freshwater from melting glaciers is kept in one spot. The rotation of this pool changes direction, and massive amounts of very cold freshwater are dumped into the Atlantic Gulf Stream. This will happen just as the Atlantic Gulf Stream slows, the Atlantic Ocean cools, and the Pacific Ocean cools. Much more intense weather volatility is in the future.
