It's Still Okay to Repeat Yourself

If something is not working, then it should be replaced with something new. \\xa0 If it is working then you should keep it. \\xa0 In messaging, repetition is consistency. People will see the same message and it will sink in. People are busy. They may miss it the first dozen times you say it. \\xa0 It\'s okay to change up how you deliver the message for variety, but change for the sake of change is rarely a good idea.
