Good morning and good coffee!  With the Christmas rush upon us and feelings of stress and distress all around, you may need to take some time for yourself and practice some self-soothing behaviors.  In today's podcast I will teach you a few that I use.  In our devotional study we are looking at the fact that many of us are feeling weighed down with life's burdens both big and small.  What should we do?  Take the time to be in the presence of Jesus so the troubles can pale next to his eternal power and glory.
