While many people are feeling fear, I\\u2019m not feeling fear because what\\u2019s taking place is very much like a storm. We have storms all the time, we prepare for them, and we ride the storms out to their end. And I think that\\u2019s what we are experiencing today. We are experiencing changes or the announcement of changes on a very frequent basis, and change results in stress, and stress can result in fear if we let it.
