Good Morning and Good Coffee Everyone! This morning I stumbled across the topic of ASMR in another podcast I was listening to. My daughter Jessica first shared this term with me, and so after hearing it again I did some quick-and-dirty research and found an interesting video that shows people who make videos involving tactile actions and soothing sounds for relaxation and pleasing physical sensations. It has just been rediscovered in our crazy, hussle-bussle, unhealthy, fast-paced life.
