Today is Saturday and it is supposed to be sunny today, and I\'m planning on taking a little time for myself and enjoy a walk outside and quiet time with the goat herd as I rest, relax, and recharge myself from a challenging week. Today, my topic is Wellness Tools from a program that I was trained in back in 2018 called WRAP or Wellness Recovery Action Plan. It is a great, easy to follow program that I have taught to many people over the past decade, and a key component of the program is call Wellness Tools.
