Good Morning Everyone! Are you feeling overwhelmed?  We can feel overwhelmed from too much change, loss, fear, responsibilities or expectations.  When we feel overwhelmed over a long period of time we can experience despair.  And when we endure despair too long we will begin having major negative changes in who we see ourselves, others,and the world in the past, present and future.  This is not a good place to be. If you find yourself in this situation I would recommend seeking out a therapist who can help you change the way you think to correct these changed beliefs.  However, if you are not there yet, then I would recommend you pursue restoring balance in your life by trying to limit the amount of change in your life resulting in a better sense of stability and predictability, accepting losses over which you have little to no control, learn how to stop treat unreal fears or fears from the past as if you are in danger now, have reasonable responsibilities and delegate when it makes sense to do so, have realistic expectations for yourself and others, and finally develop a pattern of using logical reasoning instead of emotional reasoning.
