(Hons) from Abia State University, Nigeria.  Dr Basil Ugochukwu currently teaches International Law at Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Basil and I are from the same community in Nigeria called Nsu. We both graduated from the prestigious ABỊA State University, Uturu, a school that has produced so many distinguished public servants including the current minister of state, education Hon Dr Chukwuemeka nwajiuba.
