Dr Fatsani Dogani is an award winning clinician who has been working in healthcare for 23 years. Born in Malawi and currently residing in California she has had the opportunity to live in Malawi, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, the United Kingdom and considers herself a global citizen.

 

She is currently a clinical lead in a medical care ICU at one of the major hospitals in San Diego. She is a published author and she also runs her healthcare consultancy business which focuses on patient safety, customer experience ,communication, and leadership training.  She is also an adjunct professor at SDSU.

She is a also a speaker and has given podium presentations at national conferences.  She has a Doctorate degree in Public Health Epidemiology and her dissertation research focused on influenza vaccination in healthcare workers.
