This week Michael invites his partner, Sara-Anne Belanger, on Moore About Food. Sara-Anne is a former server who has 5+ years of industry experience. The pair agree that there is an unspoken rivalry between the front of house and back of house in most restaurants. In this episode, they share some laughs while discussing their experiences as a cook and a server to offer perspective on both sides.
