Line Cook To Baker

This week, Eduardo Martins joins Michael to talk about his transition from being a line cook to owning a bakery.  They also discuss being in Toronto during the Toronto Raptor's NBA championship, the best thing they've ever eaten, and how Eduardo's bakery is surviving through the Covid-19 pandemic.
