Lightning rigs high above the city gather energy from thunderstorms, mad scientists walk the earth, and adorably monstrous Molepeople dig tunnels deep underground to expand the city\\u2019s habitable space.
\\nThis episode takes us to one of Dr. Caligari\\u2019s derelict laboratories where we meet some new friends and gain an appreciation for bipedal life.
