Microsoft has lashed out at the UK\u2019s Competition and Markets Authority over its decision to veto the software giant\u2019s $69 billion acquisition of gaming company Activision Blizzard. Microsoft President Brad Smith called the decision \u201cthe darkest day of our four decades in Britain,\u201d warning that the regulator\u2019s red light had shaken the company\u2019s confidence about doing business in the UK.
