Cartel conduct draws wave of civil, criminal court proceedings in Australia
A recent increase in Australian court action over cartel conduct, both in criminal and civil cases has seen the country\u2019s competition regulator add two more cases to its hit list in the last fortnight: one against Norwegian shipping line, Wallenius Wilhelmsen ocean and a second against Australian company BlueScope steel.
