How do you know when your relationship with exercise/movement needs to change? I remember a time when I started to believe my body was just meant to carry around my brain. At the same time, I also believed that workouts “didn’t count” unless you push yourself to failure. The reality is I was operating from an old, unhealthy mentality that led me to do more damage than good for my body. In this episode I want to not only help you change the way you think about exercise, but I also want to talk about the importance of our relationship with ourselves.
