Mindful Monday: Labelling Difficult Emotions 12 minutes (Dealing with Anxiety)

The intention is to help you identify your feelings to give some space around them. When you name or label difficult emotions or feelings, the brain becomes less active and less likely to trigger a stress reaction in the body. Rather than reacting, by pausing and giving space, helps you respond differently. This mediation can be done anywhere or anytime. It can be done lying down or sitting.
