Today’s meditation is called G.R.A.C.E. and it accompanies Supporting Others No 8 Guide. GRACE is an acronym which may assist you to support yourself, focus your attention and consider what would serve you well. Perhaps, it’s self-care, compassion or your capacity for increased kindness. This meditation can be done lying down or sitting.
