Proactive resilience breaks the stress cycle and with the challenging months we have had and the festive period which is always stressful anyway it is important to know how to de-stress and change your mindset. Ditch the word \u2018can\u2019t and find proactive resilience by using my ABC - start with A and say I CAN change the way I think I can be more positive and I can create the life I want; then B for breathing and C for using your creative imagination. It's never too late to start.
