It was Summer Solstice this week in the Northern hemisphere so I thought this topic was particularly appropriate.. Even the word Solstice combines the Latin words for sun and sistere \u2013 which means to stand still or solstitium meaning sun stands still. Life continues to be challenging and I wanted to give you some tips on how to cope with these challenges and an excellent way is to still your mind.
