About our guest:
Dr. Shahani is currently a Professor of Psychology and the Director of the M.A. program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Hofstra University. She has over 30 years of experience teaching, conducting research, and supervising students as well as providing organizational consulting in the areas of leadership development, employee selection and recruitment, customer satisfaction, outcomes assessment and evaluation.
