About our guest:
Ari Hymowitz is a 2nd-year MA student and the president of IOPSA, the I/O student association at Hofstra University. He currently works at E. Rogers Associates as an Associate Management Consultant. He also participates in the WILD Research Lab where he conducts research on Workplace Inclusion, Leadership, and Diversity.
