Mentoring
What is mentoring? By definition it means
noun
- an experienced and trusted adviser.
And
verb
- advise or train (someone, especially a younger colleague).
Mentoring definition is easily understood but it is so much more than that. Mentoring is something that has been done for years. The first hunter and gatherers passed down the lessons learned.
Our job is to continue to share that information with those coming up to help them grow and develop.
Mentoring s something we all can do that doesn't cost us anything but can change the world!
