At the time, Rita and Patricia were Early Resolution Specialists with the Ontario Patient Ombudsman.\\n\\nThe Patient Ombudsman is a fairness advocate for Ontario\'s health sector organizations, defined as public hospitals, long-term care homes or home and community care services coordinated by LHINs (including services previously coordinated by CCACs).\\n\\nIts role is to listen, understand and resolve people\'s conflicts without bias.
