b'English:\\n\\nFrom the first wave of spanish DJs emerged Bernardo Hangar, one of the first genuinely underground techno artist at a time when Spain was literally in the \\u201cmedieval ages\\u201d in what electronic music is concerned.\\n\\nHe ends up subjugating his style and making him one of the most avant-garde and risky artists in southern Europe.
