\\nMike Salguero founded ButcherBox in 2015 using $215,000 he\\u2019d raised through a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign. The online retailer sells and delivers sustainably raised Certified Humane meat and poultry raised by independent family farms. \\u201cI met him,\\u201d Billings said, \\u201cand he\\u2019s just an amazing guy. I thought what he was trying to do was pretty interesting.\\u201d
