In this episode I chat with Alissa Eady, who tells her story about the sudden loss of her brother to suicide. She speaks so openly about the impact it has had on her life, the devastation to her and her family, how it has changed her views, and how she has struggled to accept it without any answers. Alissa talks of the stigma of suicide, and how we all need to address the fact face on in order to support each other through. She is a real inspiration and she was a delight to talk to.
