Continuing on, Kurt and Steve wrap up the series on the 4 R's of Resistance.\xa0 The 4th "R" is "Representative."\xa0 In other words...it's YOU.\xa0 Sometimes people will resist doing business not because of the product, the price, or something else.\xa0 It's just something about you.\xa0 This has been discussed at length on the show.\xa0 People do business with "better looking" people.\xa0 This doesn't mean you have to be a model.\xa0 But it is time to ask yourself some questions.\xa0 Are you dressing fashionably (but not over the top)?\xa0 Are you over weight?\xa0 Are you still sporting the same haircut you thought looked super cool in 1982? Take a hard look at yourself.\xa0 You want too look good...but not too slick.\xa0

Beyond looking good, it comes down to rapport.\xa0 Increasingly, however, prospects are getting a lot better at sniffing out the "bs" that sales people throw at them.\xa0 The best way to connect is to initially prove your worth.\xa0 Once you do this, your prospects will subconsiously give you permission to connect with them and "shoot the bull" as they say.\xa0
