For most college students, it takes a couple of job fairs or a stop by the career development center on campus to properly jumpstart their job/career journey.  Believe it or not, for our fellow MC2C mentee,, Adrian Alverez Sanchez, it all started with a meme from Daniel.

With a deadline to obtain a job, this international student started with the first mistake of simply applying for jobs online. After joining the academy, Adrian built up his network on LinkedIn and learned right away that visibility is more important than ability. 

This episode is all about staying true to yourself and trusting the process of the academy as we take a dive into how Adiran humbly and authentically landed a full time position at Ferrovial Construction US & Canada all while making friends on linkedin.
