That's how my next guest, Dr. Calvin Williams, positions the career fair to his students and personally, I would give it the same emphasis. I've known Calvin for a long time as he was my career coach at UCF when I was in school. Dr. Calvin Williams then moved to Florida State to become the Director of Employer Relations there and now does independent consulting for businesses.
