Create a cash machine

  • Learn a skill
    • Leverage that skill to earn money (For example: personal training, mowing lawns, selling tshirts)

Debt

  • Shouldn’t have much debt - avoid it

Begin stock market education

  • Start paper trading

Strategy

  • Growth and dividends

Growth ex: snapchat, pinterest, facebook, slack (learn about the business 1st), what are the professional valuations? How can this company continue to make money?

Dividends

  • Learn the value of ownership, drip, and adds to account growth

Non-stock market

  • Learn to build a business around your skill or study.
  • Why? You’re learning how to be an investor, owner and evaluator of business. Now learn the ins-and-outs

Diversify your assets
