It has been an incredibly dark week in the world, as we mourn the loss of another innocent black person who was murdered, simply for the color of his skin. In today\u2019s episode I want to shine a light on the racial injustice that is so evident in this world and how I am doing my part (and what you can do) to be a part of the solution.\xa0
