\u2022 When people speak, you listen & give full attention.
\n\u2022 You\u2019re ok w/being misunderstood & don\u2019t need the last word
\n\u2022 You don\u2019t do or accept mixed signals, you communicate clearly & ask for clarity.
\n\u2022 You know if you\u2019ve done something wrong you take accountability, make it right and forgive yourself.
\n\u2022 You can communicate & say things like \u201cI\u2019m not ready, I feel overwhelmed, let\u2019s talk when I\u2019m calmer\u201d instead of walking away or shutting down.
\n
\nIf you\u2019ve upped your green flag game in 2022\u2026.congratulate yourself for working on YOU! Keep going and gaining more green flags! Be the person you want in your life.
